What an incredible experience with Elizabeth Shoiry. I was referred to her for my daughters phycho-educational evaluation and I am so glad we decided to go with her. About a year before we had decided to go with her, she had taken the time to explore my questions, expand on what the assesment entailed and gave me a good idea of what to expect. She was generous with her time and had a way about her that allowed me to instantly know she would be a good fit for my daughter. I only booked an assessment the year later and she remembered me and still took time to further investigate and questions or concerns I had. Her expertise, empathy and attention to detail really helped us to understand some of the challenges our daughter was facing when it concerned her learning path. She encouraged us with many different suggestions and gave us some unique to tools to begin to understand, help and advocate for our daughter. She made herself available to us to answer any lingering questions we had and really expressed genuine care towards our daughter and her complex learning disabilities. She didn't leave us without hope either, rather empowered us with information to make informed decisions for our daughter. We are very greatful for having crossed paths and would highly recommend her over and over again. She is a professional that loves what she does and her passion, care and experience are so rare today. Elizabeth Shoiry is a gem of a human being. You will be well taken care of.
